Gemma + Dan

Mini shoot

This was a lovely little shoot. It had been in the diary for a while, trying to find a day with a bit of sun.

I met Gemma and Dan up at Froggatt Edge (I know, I use the location a lot, I love it!), with Dan’s Mum and dog Stella in toe.

The rocks and trees were going to make for a dramatic but stunning backdrop to this romantic little shoot.

Walking and talking through the forest, Dan trying not to slip on his gripless shoes, they told me how they got engaged in Venice and excited they were to be getting married in Derbyshire, where they grew up, and the surroundings complemented that sentiment completely.

The sun shone off the hills and rocks, Stella the dog lead us to some beautiful photo opportunities, we managed to get all the shots we needed before the heavens opened and we all got drenched.

So excited for their Wedding day!
